Consideration and Possible Action to Consent to Ratify an Approval by the Ardmore City Commission for 24 Month Backhoe Lease Agreements for Water Distribution in the Amounts of $650.24 (2 units/per month/each); Sewer Collection in the Amount of $650.24 (1 unit/per month), and Wastewater Plant in the Amount of $708.13 (1 unit/per month) from Clarence L. Boyd Co. utilizing Sourcewell Cooperative Agreement for John Deere 310 SL Backhoes
