 Welcome to the City of Ardmore Police Department. Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about the dedicated men and women who protect our city 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The agency has 73 budgeted positions. Fifty-two are sworn police officers while 21 are civilian positions.

The major divisions of this agency are Administration, Patrol, Investigations, Emergency Dispatch and Animal Control.

Some of our specialized assignments include the Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT), the Hostage Negotiation Team, Drug Enforcement Officers, K-9 Unit, School Resource Officers and Accident Reconstruction Team.
