1. How old do you have to be to work at the Ardmore Fire Department?

18 year old.

2. Can I shoot fireworks off in the city limits?

No consumer fire works are allowed to be shot off in the city limits. To have a public display you have to have a licensed shooter and have a Fire Department Permit issued. Code of Ordinances 10-1

3. What do I have to do to get a burn permit?

You have to have at least 5 acres and be zoned in the Agricultural categorizes.

4. What class would help me get on with the Ardmore Fire Department?

EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) This is required to be obtained in the first year of employment if you already have this it will help you get hired.
Fire Fighter 1 and 2 will also help.
